The Story Departure wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom. It was born out of pure frustration on the road.

After spending over 15 years in the field—managing daily operations, running sales, and working around heavy equipment and fleets of trucks—I realized just how much of our lives are spent behind the wheel. Your truck is your mobile office, your sanctuary, and often the first impression you give to a client. You invest heavily in your vehicle, keeping the interior pristine and the leather sharp.

Yet, when it comes to keeping that cabin smelling fresh, the only options have always been cheap, two-dollar cardboard cutouts or plastic vent clips loaded with headache-inducing synthetic chemicals. It made no sense to put a generic, dollar-store product inside an $80,000 piece of machinery.

We demanded better.

The Solution We set out to engineer a premium alternative for the elite drive. We completely ditched the artificial chemistry and cheap plastics. Instead, we looked to the world of high-end, designer colognes and molecularly reformulated those sophisticated scent profiles specifically for the automotive environment.
